gave a self defense and awareness workshop to some of Metro Life Churches, Armor-Bearers and Security
Team members. Anta took the Armor-Bearers who protect the Pastors, and the Churches Security Team
through adrenal, awareness, and self defense drills and tactics. He also covered some dignitary protection
